We want you to love your purchase from the Sling Shack. We will exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days from the purchase date. Please let us know if you are buying a carrier for a baby who has not arrived yet and we will adjust the 30 day return window. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

All items for return or exchange must be
• in new condtion without visible signs of use
• unwashed
• include all original packaging, tags and information.
• within the 30 days of purchase date
• from a smoke free environment

•  free of pet hair and odors

How do I make a return?
All returns must be authorized by customer service. Please CONTACT US with the following information
•  your name
• request for return or exchange
• product(s) you are returning
• reason for return or exchange

Return your item with original packaging to the address provided by a customer service representative. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Please allow 2 weeks to process your return.

 

The Sling Shack reserves the right to issue store credit in cases where the return policy is not followed.
