WHAT SIZE SLING DO I NEED?
• A good place to start is with your t-shirt size. Typically it will be the same as your sling size.
• Using a soft measuring tape, start at the outer edge of your shoulder and measure diagonally across your body to the top of your opposite hip bone.
• If you are in between sizes, size down.
• If you are pregnant and showing measure across your back instead.
• Your sling is too small if it feels uncomfortably tight and is extremely difficult to get your baby into the sling.
• For your comfort the sling should be worn at the naval level to prevent back pain.
• Your sling is too big if it slips off your shoulder, your back hurts after a short amount of time or your baby doesn't feel secure.
